1. Use of the Platform

By using Zambian Homes ("the Platform"), you agree to these terms. The Platform connects property owners, agents and agencies with buyers and tenants. We do not own or control the properties listed and are not a party to any agreement between users.

2. Listings & Accuracy

Those who list properties are responsible for the accuracy of their listings, including price, description and availability. Zambian Homes may remove or modify listings that violate these terms.

3. Paid Services

Some services, such as featured listings and advertisements, are paid. Prices and durations are shown on our How It Works page and may change over time. Payments are processed through our approved payment providers.

4. Liability

Zambian Homes is not liable for any direct dealings, transactions or disputes between users. We provide the Platform "as is" and do not guarantee that every listing is still available.
