SELLER PROPERTY AGENCY AGREEMENT This Agreement is entered into between: Agent: Mobility Partners Africa Limited, a company incorporated in Zambia, operating the Zambian Homes platform (“the Agent”). Appointment The Seller appoints the Agent on a non-exclusive basis to advertise and market the property described in this Agreement through Zambian Homes and other appropriate channels, introduce potential buyers, and facilitate communication between the Seller and prospective buyers. 2.
